After using a different pool service for a while, we decided to switch to Flowstate Pools and it’s been an amazing decision. Their communication is outstanding, and we love receiving a detailed service summary with photos after each visit. It really shows the care and attention they put into their work. I came to know Flow State Pool Service when our pool heater decided to die the night before we were having friends and family over to celebrate a birthday. I called all of my pool contacts with the company I used for my weekly service, but I received no responses. I was in scramble mode knowing the heat was a must, but had few options since it was Saturday evening. After quite a few cold calls, Chance at Flow State Pool Service answered and didn’t hesitate to run through some troubleshooting over the phone. Unfortunately, nothing was working and the only option that remained was an onsite service call.
