My original Lift Master garage door motor finally died after 22+ years of faithful service, so I needed a replacement. I reached out to a handful of companies looking for model recommendations and quotes. Most were overpriced and charged extra for things like an extra remote. However GOLDEN RULE Garage Door Inc. responded with a very reasonable quote which provided me 2 Lift Master model options to select from (chain and belt drive motors) and included an extra remote plus an outdoor keypad at no additional cost. Installation was scheduled within 1 day and Walter and Ramez were sent out. Upon their arrival, I immediately knew these guys were pros with many years of experience

I would say overall is a really good experience. I got about four other bids from different people. Everyone else I got bids from were lacking confidence in completing the job, but I’ll say when golden rule came to give me a quote. They seemed very confident that they can do it for our custom garage dimensions…overall was very happy.

Excellent experience. Taylor was very thorough and explained all of my options. He was very responsive throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Ramiz and Walter did an amazing job. They were friendly, professional, and most important... meticulous! My garage door was not a standard size so it had to be custom made.
