Flowmasters Plumbing

I had a great experience with Flowmasters Plumbing. I experienced some flooding during our recent cold snap from a frozen pipe that carried water from a sump pump. I thought I was in big trouble. Flowmasters Plumbing promptly responded to my call, diagnosed the problem as relatively minor, and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Flowmasters Plumbing.

Mike/owner of Flowmasters Plumbing is awesome to work with!! He ran whole house plumbing and gas lines for my new construction home. He worked with my subd HOA about boring across the street to install water. The excavation ditches were dug and covered extremely well. Patched the road and all looks seamless. Mike really cares about his work and I would give him 10 stars if I could. Super happy with Flowmasters Plumbing. Highly recommend!!

When I called Flowmasters Plumbing, and heard the quoted price for what I wanted, I was a bit concerned about the pricing as it was higher than I anticipated. I mentioned I would shop around for competitive prices. Later, I asked if this was a "small business owned" establishment, and Crystal, one of the employees there said it was. As a business minded person that I am, I immediately decided I would proceed with their services without much debate and support their business. Jim, and then later Curtis, Master Plumber, were pleasant people to work with and they both were generous and humble people and they got what I needed done. The owner of Flowmasters Plumbing did work in my home, without a signed quote from me or a verbal request from me, with the job totaling more than double what the quote was, and he never called me to give me the heads up that it was going to be over the quoted amount. He took NO ACCOUNTABILITY for doing the work, without a signed quote from me OR a verbal request from me, the home owner, but expected me to still pay for it. Thankfully, he ended up adjusting the bill to merely cover his costs, but he drug his feet on getting the revised invoice to me AND drug his feet on getting the final inspection done for the plumbing permit, thereby preventing the buyers of my home from being able to get their occupancy permit by the day of the closing of the sale of the house. Outstanding! I had an emergency situation come up and this company quickly assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done and then got to work. Since this involved piping and a gas leak, I was very concerned. The Tech, Shawn, explained what he was doing as the repair progressed and, when done, gave me a clear summary. Problem solved! The invoice for all he did was very reasonable! I’m so appreciative of this company and Shawn! I have no hesitation in recommending them!
