I'm extremely happy with the professional service I received from Sean. My kitchen sink was draining slow and it turned out the cast iron pipe (which should have been replaced prior to my owning the house) was corroded. Sean attempted to snake out the pipe but had to ultimately replace t, all for an affordable price. I enjoyed speaking with him and compliment the company on their stellar communication. I will happily refer the company and plan on utilizing them again for my plumping needs.

DO NOT use this company. Owner/plumber did not fix the problem. Told us we had air in our pipes and to run water and flush toilets after he installed a part. After he installed the new part, there was a LOUD noise coming from our shower handle and it was vibrating and we had no longer had cold water. HE offered to come back out and fix the problem but her never returned. Scheduled three different days and he was a no show. Will not refund our money. He made things worse than better.

Sean came out to fix a leakage in the bath tub to the basement. I was charged $600 for the repairs and $200 for the shower fittings. However, there is still a leak after calling several times. I would not recommend this company nor would I use them ever again.

I have an old house that has difficult plumbing problems. They always honor what they quote me for repair even though sometimes the work is harder than anticipated.

Uncaring...pain and infection so bad I had to go to er. Wouldn't work me in made app a month away. Called one dentist made app the next day.
