Flowright came out when no one else would for an emergency. They came out fast, fixed the problem so it would never happen again. We’ve had them out for several other projects, every time they come out relatively soon, they get the job done, and we never have to call them back out for the same issue twice. They are pleasant and honest people from what we can tell.

This company was dispatched for a plumbing problem through our home warrant service. We were given a window between 1 and 5 pm for the plumber's arrival. He arrived at 4:40 and determined he didn't have a snake long enough to reach the clog. This was frustrating because I told the dispatcher that we suspected a main sewer clog and raw sewage was leaking out of the toilet and tub. He was then scheduled to return the next morning between 8 and 12. I received a voicemail at 9 am stating his daughter had a doctor's appointment and he wouldn't be arriving until after noon. 1 pm passed, 2 pm passed, 3 pm passed, and at 3:50 I called the dispatcher to ask when the plumber was coming. She informed me he just left and was on his way. At 5:15, the dispatcher was no longer answering my phone

American Home Shield assigned them to me. They came the first time and told me to order the parts myself, since it was under warranty. I've called them 20+ times since the parts got here, and they either don't pick up the phone, or sometimes pick up and told me they would come on a certain day. Of course, no one showed up, no one called to cancel and no one called to reschedule. To top it up, they literally call at 6:30am... not what I call "business hours". AHS doesn't seem to see an issue with that either (taking 2+ months to fix a faucet, so I'll also cancel that.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is a SCAM. They were sent out by the home warranty, falsified the report that got my claim denied. When I got a second opinion and paid $300 out of pocket for someone to actually fix it they said everything they reported was false and should have been covered. They want the easy $100 deductible and then bail. Not to mention they cut through my flooring and stopped responding or answering their phone when I sent the the pictures of the damages. DONT HIRE THEM and refuse the company if HMS home warranty assigns then to you!!!!

I was assigned this company through my American Home Shield (AHS) warranty for a leak in my upstairs bathroom. We're going on week 3, and the job still hasn't been completed, and they are not responsive to calls. I finally reached out to AHS, who sent another plumbing company out to finish the job. The new company explained to me how Flowright didn't even complete their repairs properly, so you guessed it, I have to come out of pocket even more money. At this point, I've spent nearly $600 and have been without a toilet in my only full bathroom for 3 weeks. If AHS assigns you this company, ask for another one immediately!
