Fly Away Airport Parking (Propark)

We had a wonderful experience with parking our van here. Everyone was very polite and friendly. We arrived a couple days after the ice storm. The pickup at the airport was a normal wait around 30 minutes. The airport has an enclosed area near the pickup point. Once we arrived at the lot, our van was running and the ice was melting for faster cleaning for us to leave. We were helped with our luggage and the staff made sure we were good while cleaning the ice off. We had arrived a day later than expected, but it was no problem the nice lady in the office helped us with everything. They were very busy with the weather, but the staff all were very professional.We experienced no bias despite being a mixed couple. The photo included shows parked cars under a roof, but not all spots are covered.

I put a very detailed post on my personal facebook page this morning about how incredibly satisfied I was with your service! How you guys can do what you do for a cheaper price than a normal airport parking space is unbelievable! Everyone we came in contact with at Fly away was awesome, and finding our car waiting for us ....Backed up within 5 feet of the return shuttle van when we returned From the airport was such an unexpected surprise! Great job!!!! We would have been happy even if charged more, and THAT is what Customer satisfaction is all about!!!

Fly Away Ease of transport to and from airport is excellent. We have used Fly Away several times and each time Fly Away has been outstanding. Our last trip we had to wait 15 mins for a pickup at the airport. This may seem like a long time, however, it was the Thanksgiving rush, 8pm at night, it was raining & cold, triple traffic uber pickups, airport construction and we just missed a pickup bus.. therefore, I5 min I consider very reasonable/ even quick.The only con, is the lack of an updated customer drop/return area: appears old, cheap, the drop/return pad has a steep slope. When I set my suitcase down it rolled away from me about 15’.

I have used this business for the past 15 years. I traveled alot for my work and never had any issues. The past year the service has been terrible. I use to walk straight on to the bus after landing, now I have to wait 45+ mins for pickup. I watch other company vans go by multiple times before being picked up. My last trip, after waiting 50 mins, I got into my truck with no keys. After walking inside to get my keys I was greeted poorly. The employees were to lazy to look me up in their computer like thay have done the past 15 years. After they finally looked me up and settled my account I was able to get my keys. Sadly I'm going to have to find another parking company.

We typically use another service but the lot was full due to fall break. Upon arrival, no one helped us with our luggage. We then waited for another 25 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport because they only had ONE shuttle running. Pick up was even worse. We waited 45 minutes before the shuttle arrived. By that time, there were so many of us waiting that the driver told us he couldn’t take us all and that we would have to wait for him to come back. We ended up taking an Uber from the airport and beating the shuttle back to the lot. As we’re walking up with our luggage, the same shuttle driver approaches me to take my bags. When I explained that I’d just Ubered FROM the airport after waiting 45 mins., the driver dismissed me and said, “The manager is inside if you want to talk
