When I called to get a quote to address the issue with the two front doors for my business, (Anytime Fitness Union 24/7), I met with Ersan. Shortly afterwards, I had my quote which I agreed on and three days later Ersan and Oscar arrived at the gym 30 minutes early to get started. The work was extensive. They were very professional dealing with members coming in and out. I highly recommend this company.

Not very good at honoring work orders. Stay away.

Great experience with The Flying Locksmiths! Customer service was great when I called for assistance. The locksmith arrived promptly, was pleasant, and did a great job. He explained what was wrong, what he needed to do, and how much time it would take. I'm glad we called on them to assist.

My initial contact with this company was through the website in chat. The representative did not mention the $95 fee for showing up which the technician did upon arrival. During the chat I sent photos of what I wanted repaired. They claim they are door repair people but the locksmith/ technician could not fix my dragging door. He told me I needed a carpenter, and I needed to replace my entrance door even though he not a carpenter nor qualified to repair it. I should have been told that they don’t do these type of repairs. I was basically charged $120 to make the latch hole in my door frame bigger and that took 1 minute. The technician pretended to know what he was doing for a period of time.The door is dragging worst than it was before. They also gave an arrival window of 8am - 4pm which

They replaced our old warehouse dock door today. From the estimate through the door replacement, everything went very smoothly. The guys doing the work were pros. The knob lock, closer and panic bar hardware is of high quality.
