I recently visited The Flying Locksmiths to have a deadbolt re-keyed. The staff was really nice and was able to offer help immediately. Unfortunately when I placed the deadbolt back in the door in did not work properly. It could be my lack of knowledge on how it should be properly set so I can’t falter the Flying Locksmiths. Overall I was happy with the service and the mere fact they were willing to help. Since the lock update didn’t work, TFL did not charge me for any parts. Very good customer service. I would recommend this business for anyone with lock issues and let them come to the home and install instead of trying to do it yourself - like I did. Also, if you are lucky, you may even meet a Jedi a the Easton location.

🚫 Extremely Disappointed – Poor Workmanship and No Accountability We rarely ever leave negative reviews and truly dislike speaking ill of other companies — but our experience with The Flying Locksmiths was unacceptable and needs to be shared. They installed a door lock for us and had to return four times due to improper installation. The most recent issue was again caused by their poor workmanship. I personally inspected the problem: the wiring was hidden inside the door, behind the lock they installed. It was clearly a result of how it was set up from the beginning. Despite this, they continue to send us invoices for service calls that should have never been necessary. Instead of taking responsibility, they’ve chosen to deflect blame and push charges for fixing their own mistakes. We

I couldn’t recommend the Flying Locksmiths enough, specifically working with Pat!! He was great. Easy to work with, very knowledgeable, ended up doing an excellent job, plus he was the one who came out to do the assessment & then installation. So he knew the job well and was able to execute efficiently and at a high level. Will definitely be using them again for my future locksmith needs and beyond

The locksmith didn't show up at the scheduled time, he was about 15 minutes early and reached out to me beforehand when he was in route. Prompt, courteous, professional, got the job done in a timely manner. Fantastic service and reasonable fees. If they're needed again, I will definitely be calling The Flying Locksmiths back.
