We had the come out to rekey our locks, and Will was fantastic! He showed up right on time, and was able to rekey our locks quickly and quietly. He did such a good job, that some of my staff didn't even know that he was there! The new lock works fantastic: it isn't loose anymore, you don't have to push hard or jiggle the key, it is SO smooth. I also love that he was able to make us multiple copies of the key and made me test out each one before he left so that we knew that every copy worked. Will was clean, polite, super professional, let me know when he was on his way over, followed up the next day to make sure we were still happy, and made the whole experience fantastic. The excellent pricing and same day appointment were a surprise bonus!
