Flynn-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning

Phil was great, as was Flynn in scheduling a tech to come when we lost heat during the coldest week of the year. As a homeowner, I try to pay attention to what is going on when there is a problem and I appreciated the incredible amount of detail and knowledge Phil provided. Absolutely professional and thorough. Unfortunately, there wasn't a component or part to fix so we will need a new furnace, but with his guidance and expertise, that is how we arrived at that conclusion. We've been using Flynn for years and they are always top-notch in service, timeliness, and communication. I recommend them to anyone in need of a new install, maintenance, or emergency service.

This was our first time using Flynn. The company we initially used did not give us a reasonable solution to our problem. Everyone we dealt with was excellent. Great communication with parts, cost, labor etc. with Colleen & Jenna and the techs (Mark, initially for the diagnostic & Phil for the repair) are very knowledgeable especially with the Lennox System. (Which has been a money pit since we put in, poor choice on our part) They were on time and professional. Phil made sure everything was working to specs and gave some suggestions to help with efficiency and hopefully prevent the blower motor from failing after a year (Lennox). He was very helpful & honest. Which I really appreciate.

Can't say enough about how pleased I am after using Flynn-aire for my heating and air conditioning. Have had both Rob and Matt here for service and yearly checkup. They are knowledgeable and efficient. In a time when getting employees that are that good is increasingly difficult Flynn-Aire is batting a thousand in my view.

Phil diagnosed our Lennox gas furnace quickly and made some minor corrections which eliminated the condensation. It fixed the problem and our furnace is operating properly now. Phil was professional and knowledgeable. Our request for service was handled promptly and they couldn’t have been nicer. We would recommend Flynn Aire and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

The gentleman who came took care of the problem and checked it over thoroughly to make sure it was done properly. The issue I had was when I googled your company, the call went to a different service. If you look closely, you realized I was not calling you and that’s why it took so long. Some other company called me this morning and asked if I still needed a repair. Something you might want to look into I think other companies come up in front of you because they pay Google. unless you pay attention, you think you’re calling Flynn but you’re not. I wasted most of the day waiting for a callback from you and you had not even gotten the call.
