I called and the owner, Alex, picked up the phone. That is a rarity these days. It was a pleasant surprise. I briefly told him my central A/C issue and he seemed to know right over the phone what it was. He seemed very knowledgeable. He came in a few days and discovered that it was a different issue and he fixed it. He was honest and his price was fair. When my system needs replacing, Alex will be my first call.
