Focus Heating & Cooling

Had issue with furnace throwing a pressure valve code. Contacted focus and got next day appointment. Corey and Autumn were very polite and easy do work with. Corey came out and got the furnace diagnosed and fixed promptly. It could have cost a lot more considering it was a good value.

Amazing service today! Focus heating came out because our carbon monoxide detectors had been going off when the furnace was running, which obviously made us very nervous(turns out it was battery issues in a smoke detector and not carbon monoxide 😜) but our technician was so thorough and so nice and did an amazing job. So glad they came out and so quickly to check on this for us and put us at ease! Peep our awesome technician Allison fully loaded with all her supplies leaving the job!

My service started with a technician named Allison who was so friendly and she explained all the problems that my furnace had and what she recommended. After we went over the options she left me with a heater to keep warm until the installation happened. At the end of her visit she offered to take my filters and throw them away. She went above and beyond for me. Johnny came over and found out what was going on with my furnace and he took some pictures and went over all my options. We agreed what would work the best and he left another space heater for me. Then he said he would get me a quote. He called with the quote and said they could get me in the next day. He was great to work with. Today Ismael and Jay came over and installed my furnace. They were so informative and they clean

The gentleman did a excellent job.Lots of knowledge he knew what he was doing.He checked things out communicated to us.And we thank him for that.. Corey did an excellent job. Thank you. Fast, helpful, and friendly. Our heat was out in freezing temps, and they had someone out to my house at 8AM the next day! The service provider, Allison Roland, was fantastic. Problem was identified quickly and repaired at a good price. I’m a newer homeowner, and they took the time to answer my flood of questions about my system, how it works, and what kind of maintenance and repair options I should be looking at over the long term (without pressuring me into a sale). Highly recommended!
