He was very professional, handled everything good, and he was in and outta here after 1doing a very good job of checking everything. However we are suppose to get filters for the hole year I told him about that buy hee said he would try and get some out here. Not his fault. So please I need the filters Thank you.

No one plans on a power outage especially pending surgery or vulnerable kittens that rely on a gas furnace when it's 38 degrees outside. So good luck calling a heating service because they're booked but after many calls then finally someone answered; SANTIAM sending Jenzen who came on the same day! What a blessing because his expertise/professionalism identified the problem. Here's the education Jenzen provided as well, because there is a likelihood that the furnace needs a replacement part that isn't on hand and must be ordered. Thankfully Jenzen has established several parts sources that found the needed item ordered it. Meanwhile Jenzen provided a space heater making an extra trip just to deliver it. What a great relief and sure appreciate this really outstanding customer service.

Santiam Heating Is amazing. So easy to work with. They are super fast, nice, and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great products and great prices and get you on the schedule super fast. There in and out and super clean with great communication. If there was a way to rate them 6 star I Def choose 6 stars. Your the best guys thank you so much!

The tech Jenzen was excellent. I called Carolyn at Santiam heating when my mom’s furnace went out. They were able to send Janzen out the same day. He was able to diagnose (blowing motor burnt out) and replace it in a timely manner. Running great and very reasonable price. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend!
