I had an excellent experience with James Garthwaite from Fogle Heating and Air Services. During today’s service visit, James thoroughly diagnosed two issues with my unit. He was able to correct one issue immediately and clearly explained that the second problem required a damper replacement, which he promptly ordered since it was no longer functioning properly. James was candid, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions honestly, and never tried to upsell or rush through the visit. His transparency and attention to detail really stood out. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and customer service, and I would personally request that James return to complete the repair installation once the part

Technician arrived on time. Was very professional and very well mannered. Performed his job in such a way, I'd forgotten he was here. Personally I think he's a great asset to the company

Ben Dinkins is a courteous, efficient representative for Fogel Services. He graciously supplied answers to my questions and spent the time necessary to thoroughly inspect our system to assure proper maintenance has been performed. We could not be more pleased with the quality of his service.
