He was very good. The burnt rubber smell did not duplicate for him because I prepared a meal and the HVAC was off over last two days. Nonetheless he explained the system to me and showed me at this point the system was operating as it should. He was a very good technician.

Kris was great! He promptly his estimated arrival time, he was professional, and provided through service. He confirmed my thermostat was set up as a heat pump and due to the incorrect set up (I do not have a heat pump) the heat was not turned on. He also ensured the gas lines were wired correctly.

David was very helpful and professional. Very knowledgable and was very quick to figure out the issue in the system. Definitely reccomend him and looking forward to working with him again

What a joke this clown company is…. I purchased a new lennar home this march. It has been 6 months so I decided to reach out to the HVAC company that installed our unit to get it maintenance before the years end so I don’t void my warranty. I called fogel and asked if I can schedule a maintenance. The lady proceeded to tell me it was $270 for the year to come out twice to do the yearly maintenance. I explained to her that it’s still within the first year and that I’d like to just have it checked due to not void my warranty and she still persists that I’m gonna end up having to pay $270 for them to come out. I would have my HVAC company that I work for come out because they only charge $180 a year for a lot better service but they cannot touch the unit because it’s still within the one yea

David was excellent! We have been in the house for a year (new construction) and he’s the first contractor to come thru who has been respectful of my wife’s need for quiet (she works from home…) I appreciated that he explained everything he did and even found instructions online for the thermostat manual I didn’t have. Thank you, David!
