Wow! Whipple roofing did an amazing job! My 75 yo metal shingle roof needed some TLC and it got it! Very thorough cleaning, then proper application of the elastomeric coating X2. It took some time due to weather conditions, but that just proves the integrity of the company, in my opinion. They didn’t rush the job; they wanted to make sure the preparation and application was done according to recommendations. Their team was knowledgeable, thorough and respectful through the whole process. I’m so happy with my “new” roof. Aside from routine cleaning, I should be good to go for as long as I own the home. From my first phone call with Wayne Whipple and continuing with John Kautter, the service I received was excellent. John was very always very responsive from providing the quote to replace my roof, answering my many questions and concerns and scheduling and completing the installation of my new roof. Whipple Roofing submitted a competitive, thorough quote and the results are outstanding. I highly recommend this Company and John Kautter for his professionalism, communication, and responsiveness. First I am 6 hours away from our Hilton Head home. We received a call on a Saturday morning from our cleaning lady that we had developed a leak in our living room. Whipple Roofing was recommended by a contractor I have used. Whipple respond and came 3 hours later to temporarily repair the roof. After assessing the condition of the roof, we decided to have Whipple replace the roof. ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I HAVE EVER MADE! Between John and Diane they handled everything! I recently had the pleasure to work with a team (Whipple Roofing) towards installation of a new roof. Whilst this was an unexpected expense, Whipple Roofing got boots on the ground immediately when I called for help “it’s raining in my kitchen”. John came to survey and put a plan into action, Diane educated and assisted me through the insurance claim and ALL of the required documentation and signatures need to facilitate the job coordination. It was raining for days, John reached out to me to inquire if I needed a tarp placed to prevent further damage. Honestly I was a scared kid (elderly kid) that needed hand holding.
