Valet staff was extremely rude. I paid for the spot through ParkWiz and they gave me a tough time for using the app. Very sure that my car came out with dings on it that weren’t there before. I noticed they turned the radio on as well which is weird to me if they are just parking the car. Added pictures of chipped paint on my car that wasn’t there before.
I used the service through Spothero, when we arrived the valet parking told us that we had to cancel the reservation through the app because it is full, but when we insisted he received the vehicle.
Weekday overnight rate is to dam expensive
PSA the weekend rate is $21, not $16 as seen in the picture on Google Maps
