We had the Infinity Series AC system from Carrier installed. The installers were polite and professional. They answered all of our questions and cleaned up after themselves. Andrew was great to deal with right from the beginning. He explained all of our options and was not pushy, he told us whatever works best for you and your family financially. I would definitely use Folsom Service's again.

It has been a year now since Folsom installed a new AC unit in my home, I waited to see if I would be as pleased after some time as I was after installation. The unit is very efficient and working as well as when installed. There was a slight whistle sound after a few days when new, I wasn't sure if it was normal for this new system but contacted Folsom. Joey arrived on time and within minutes the sound was gone. The above information is normal for a good company but here is what separates Folsom from others; local, experience, personnel. Folsom Services provided me with excellent service and an honest price on the replacement of my AC compressor. There was a large conglomerate AC company that was price gouging with just the labor cost $$$$, I could not believe how they were trying to rip me off. It is so disheartening. We contacted Folsom Services and they let us know that my manufacturer's warranty for parts was still good and they gave me a fair price for the labor cost. Our AC tech Bernardo requested to arrive at my house at 6 am and he was there on the dot. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker.
