We were referred to this company by our architect and selected them to build our ADU based on their experience, openness to our ideas, and referrals from prior clients. We were extremely pleased with the final result which came in under budget (and less than half the bid of a "prestigious" design/build firm we also spoke to). Foothill has excellent relationship with subcontractors and remained on top of the process at every turn. They worked hard to control costs and kept us informed on that front as well. There's a lot of fly-by-night construction companies out there but Foothill has been around for a long time and there's a good reason for that: clients like me keep coming back with new projects.
