Fantastic experience! My wife and I needed to replace an old set of gas logs in our house. We were given a demonstration of several options that would meet our needs. With no high pressure sales pitch, we were able to choose the best option for us. The installer, Tim, was very friendly and courteous. He did a great job and even called us later that evening to make sure there were no problems. Great people, great service, great prices.

Great seasoned oak firewood and very nice people to work with. Used the self serve pick-up for a tote size quantity which will do me for the the season and very reasonable pricing.

So happy that Foothills Fireplace & Stove was first on my list of businesses to visit to help me replace an old wood stove. We recently moved into an older home with a wood stove that did not pass our inspection, as well as an unlined chimney. Greg gave me an education on the new wood stoves and from that I picked out the perfect fit for our den. From order to delivery was a little over two weeks - smack dab in the middle of fall and beginning of cool weather. Blake and Maverick showed up on time with everything they needed to get the job done. Unfortunately they found quite the mess in my chimney and attic. Great experience! Greg was so knowledgeable about the inserts and took his time explaining everything about them. Installers were very friendly and such hard workers. Removed old (extremely heavy) insert and installed new one in only a couple hours. Installer also very knowledgeable and explained how to properly use our new insert. It’s beautiful and works so well!!

They came out, same day to give us a quote on installing a fireplace stove. The installers are polite, very knowledgeable and cleaned up everything when they finished.
