Today marks the last time I’ll step foot in Spectrum Paint. I genuinely wanted to do business with them because they’re closer than Lowe’s or Home Depot. Unfortunately, after three bad incidents, I’m done. Two of those situations were only resolved because Brad Brock stepped in, and I appreciate him for that—but at this point, nothing will bring me back. The biggest issue is lack of product knowledge and effort. The team seems limited to only what’s on the shelf and shows little to no willingness to find comparable stains or paints outside their standard offerings. That’s disappointing for a paint store—especially when professionals rely on solutions, not excuses. I love this paint store. All of the employees are phenomenal. Shell and Ray are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Contractors be aware, they over charge on products. Any other Benjamin Moore store would sell same product for half the price the sell. Never again will I shop here.
