Footprints Floors Greenwood Village

We have had Footprints Floor do our floors twice. The first time was to install the floor. The second time was 12 years later to refinish the floors. The floors look fantastic! Todd was the salesman. Marcus was the project manager and Alex and Joelle did the work on the floor. All of these people were very easy to work with and took care of all our concerns. They invited us in to see their work every time we stopped by. I would definitely recommend Footprints flooring and I would use them again!

Had a great experience working with Footprints Floors! Todd gave me an estimate and was great and very responsive with follow up questions that I had. Marcus was the project manager and answered any questions I had and was also very quick to respond over text/call with inquiries. Saul mainly worked on my countertops tile and backsplash tile and did a fantastic job. Very friendly people and hard workers! Turned out amazing!

This is undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. - It took 7 days for a project manager to show up to the job site after the company told me that Dustin “forgot he had the job” and acknowledged no one showed up - I spent 20+ hours project managing the job between me and my partner - the caulking was done 3 times because it was unacceptable (still unacceptable) - they went through 2x the tile required due to errors (thousands of dollars) - they chipped my brand new tub in 2 places - they had to redo my niche - Scott Blackwell acknowledged the job was “B-“ work but wouldn’t fix it - When requesting a refund, he said he’d have his lawyer call me and got up and left my house (no lawyer phone call and zero point of contact for me to call) - I’ve emailed Bryan Park (o

My Experience with Footprints was phenomenal from the beginning to the end. Brian came out and did the quote and made sure all my needs were met in that consultation. Marcus and Douglas did a great job with installation!!

The people at Footprints are very nice but in my experience customer service is not important to them. I gave them a deposit to have work done, and after 40 days (and three different scheduled appointments to have the work done,) I got so upset and gave up on them and asked them to give me my deposit back. The first time they were scheduled to come out between 8 and 9AM and nobody showed up. I finally got impatient and about 10AM I texted the Sales Rep to find out what was going on. Within about 15 minutes I got a call from the Supervisor on the job and he said said that one of the employees on the crew had an emergency. I was understanding and said to find a time to reschedule and get back with me. The Supervisor called me a week later and said he had a crew arranged to come out and
