FOPS

Had an old furnace go out on a Thursday evening prior to a holiday weekend expected to be below freezing. They called me early Friday am and sent out a technician who was very knowledgeable. Had a new furnace (which was located outside the area) installed by a couple of there installers who were thorough before 2pm same day. All this was done for a very reasonable price especially due to the situation. I highly recommend FOPS and plan to set up a maintenance program with them this year.

My experience with FOPS has been top notch. They put a new HVAC system in my house and the follow up has been phenomenal. During the first summer post install they came, free of charge, to make adjustments for optimum cooling and efficiency. I then recently contacted them about a fall tune and clean and they apologized for not getting in as soon as they would like and completed the service free of charge. I didn't even complain and they did this. Their techs are super nice and helpful. I've dealt with both Dustin and Zach. Both of them are more than happy to take the time to discuss their work so you know what is going on in easy to understand terms. Lastly, all my contact with the office staff have been pleasant. I would highly recommend FOPS.

My furnace went out and they were out right away. There customer service is top of the line and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone.

Top notch place with amazing employees. We have had them replace our central air and also the furnace. Never disappointed with the level of customer care you get with Jeff and his guys . I suggest this company to everyone

They are excellent! Super friendly and informative. Have to say also the first contractor we have had in our remodel that did not leave us anything additional to clean or repair as well. Highly recommend.
