Had a good experience with this company. This was the fourth tile company I visited. The others had a 4+ rating and were friendly but not helpful. I brought in a sample concrete tile with no idea the brand or color. Ulises grabbed the Eagle Brand Catalog, compared colors, determined that the catalog colors were incorrect, and brought in actual samples from the tile mfg. ftom their yard. Found an exact match. Paid for them and drove to Rialto to pick up my 20 pieces of tile. Picking up my own tile saved $200 in delivery and pallet cost.

The service at this office is beyond appalling. The elderly manager's attitude is completely unacceptable—dismissive, disrespectful, and frankly, racist. After placing an order, I was told to pick it up at a location 40 miles away, which is absurd. When I struggled with English, I was treated with blatant discrimination. Someone with this kind of mindset should not be in a management position. I will never shop here again and will be taking further action regarding this discriminatory treatment."

I bet the old guy in the office has received a lot of negative feedbacks. This is the truth! He needs to be fired! He single-handedly brings this business down. We came in for a few things. His attitude is so bad, I confronted him that is not how he talks to a customer. Then he said:”I can refuse service to anyone”. We walked out right away without buying anything. I DO NOT want to introduce my people to this guy or bring my business here ever again! P/s: his name is Tony

Old guy at the office needs to stay home. Attitude is pathetic with no willingness to help.
