Elevator is consistently breaking leaving cars unaccessible. The guy that works night is very rude. He has refused to take my car that is a montly because the garage is full again I pay monthly. When asked for owner name and number the staff refuses to provide it. They do not adjust the monthly rent when elevator is down for days/weeks at a time. Once elevator was broken for 5 months all the cars parked on 2nd floor and above were unaccessible and no rent adjustment for the inconvenience.
This parking lot sucks !! The elevator always stays stuck !!!! Don’t park here !!! They should close it down
