They picked up my rug late august for a regular shampoo after a pet accident. They told me 2-4weeks for redelivery. Mid October I called to find out when the rug would be delivered and they said in 2-3weeks. A month later the rug was still missing so I called again to get an updated time. They had no idea when it would be delivered. Each time I called I got a new date and time frame for delivery. The date would come and go and no rug. The last week of November (almost 3 months now) I finally got a response from someone and they mentioned the rug was drying and they would deliver it within the week. They waited 3 months to clean my rug after a pet accident. When they finally delivered it (after weeks of back and forth) they tried to charge me a $25 delivery fee. This company is ridiculous.

I am happy with the work and prices and can recommend them for sure!!! Fordham Manor Rug Professionals did a "quality" job in cleaning our carpet.. Their guys came within the expected time, worked efficiently and conscientiously to make our carpet look much better than it has in a long time.. I will have no hesitation calling Fordham Manor Rug Professionals again for their services

Extremely disappointed in the work, the rug technician has a nasty attitude, was extremely rude, left a mess in the floor. The shampoos the technician used doesn’t even have a smell or smell like it’s clean.

Someone from this number keeps calling me trying to sell me time shares. Please stop calling me.
