Ford's Septic Tank Service LLC

If I could I would give 0 star , I called on a Saturday to set up a septic pump out for Thursday, they took my name, 2 phone numbers, and adress verified Thursday. Come Thursday I called them I was not on the list. They assured me they would be out that day and the driver would call me. No call I called back at 330 pm asking if they was comming , the girl on the phone said he should have already been there i waited all day for them. They did not return my call or show up... Customer service is NOT their strong suit.... I called lundys we will see next Thursday

Terrible company with even worse customer service. My builder used Fords septic to install our septic system less than 3 years ago. The system backed up on July 2 so we had another company pump the septic tank and figure out what the problem was. Come to find out none of the pipe fittings were ever glued together, when they backfilled with dirt the fittings broke apart causing them to fill with dirt. I had the other company repair all of the pipes while they were here. Lady at the front desk was really nice and had me send all the pictures and videos over to her. Mr Ford has ignored all of my calls and texts, My Builder has also tried to contact him with no success. It’s one thing to do poor work; it’s another thing to not stand behind your work. They came to my house fast and finished in a timely manner and very nice guys that came out.

Worst people, who don't care at all, they put a schedule, the guy who does job never calls, 2-4pm is the window yday, at 3pm when we call, guy says can come in 2hrs, never shows up, after 5pm, his phone does not work, office phone does not work, next day 9am I call them, they don't have a clue why he dint come, never ever choose them.
