When it came to the installation, Doug was fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship. The floors look great and the whole process was stress-free. What a great experience! Every person we interacted with at this company was friendly and professional. We received so much help in picking out our carpets and getting an estimate. When the installers showed up, they were quick, thorough, and SO efficient. They were here when they said they'd be and put time into doing high-quality work while still being quick. We had carpet in our entire house replaced in just a couple of days, and they handled moving all the furniture, even checking to make sure they'd put it in the right place.
