I ordered a bathroom sink and cabinet from the store. The adventure began on 1/16/23 when I saw the pet wash station in the show room. One week later returned to the show room to order it and found that the business requires a designer to work with customers. I left my name and contact info and was told I would get a call within a week. After two weeks, I called the store. I did talk to a designer at that point. She told me I would get a call in up to 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, no call. I called back. Finally, I called at the end of April and talked to Jerry, a new designer.
