Ryan came out that week on super short notice and was able to repair the issues not only before our fast approaching closing date, but also right before a holiday week. Ryan was awesome and it turned out I didn’t even need his services. Was experiencing water coming up thru cracks in our basement floor. Had three other basement waterproofing companies come out and try to sell me French drains and drain tiles and sump systems for upwards of $18000. Ryan took one look and realized that wasn’t the problem. He troublshooted the problem and talked it through with us thoroughly and determined it was most likely a leak in the water pipe under our house. Suggest we call the water department to temporarily turn off the water to see if it stopped the leak and sure enough it did. Now I have a bigger problem but I didn’t end up paying thousands of dollars for a fix that was completely unrelated. Will use Ryan and Forever Dry for any other waterproofing issues that ma
