Truly could not be happier about our experience with Justin! He replaced the flooring in two bathrooms and refinished our staircase. The stairs were the most impressive. When we moved in, the stairs were a dark brown color with strips of grey carpet going up the middle and the original balusters were not evenly spaced. The colors didn’t match the wood-looking vinyl floors found at the top and bottom of the stairs. Justin sanded down the stairs and did custom staining to match everything perfectly! He also replaced the banisters and installed really nice matte black metal balusters to match the hardware in our home. (Before and after shown in pictures). He was extremely flexible with our schedules and came back multiple times to ensure everything was done perfectly. 10/10 would recommend

Unfortunately, our experience with the final finished product of Forever Flooring didn't meet our expectations as we had hoped for. We paid in the vicinity of 20K to have Justin and his team install hardwood flooring throughout our home, only to have the floors constantly crackle and creak when walked on. We made sure the flooring was properly acclimated before installation and waited several months for everything to settle, as we were advised. We even went as far as trying a dehumidifier to see if that would help, but that was unsuccessful as well. We reached out to him to explain our frustrations, but unfortunately, no solution was offered. Justin and his team are top notch. They go above and beyond and ensure everything they complete is to your liking and satisfaction. Justin made me feel comfortable from the beginning and helped with all of my questions (perfectionist here) and they did an amazing job for us, including working around our sleeping baby. :) you won't get this type of service from a major brand or elsewhere. I know there are a ton of positive reviews for Justin and Forever Flooring, but I want to tell you how happy I am with the job they did for me. Justin worked with me to find the right product at the right price, without compromising quality. He insisted on the finest product to ensure longevity, quality, and satisfaction. Justin made sure I understood the products I was considering and gave me the pros and cons of each one. He followed up after the job to make sure I was happy with the final results and offered to return to make any necessary adjustments (not necessary because everything was perfect). I rarely give anyone this type of praise but Forever Flooring deserves it.
