Mr. Kennedy and his crew were sent to fix a problem in my tile shower that my original contractor messed up and couldn’t fix. I cannot speak more highly of this company. They were amazing, courteous, kind, professional. They have since done a few smaller jobs for me. They are currently working with multiple of my other family members on their flooring needs. Rob is the gentleman who did the work of replacing my tile shower floor so it would drain correctly. The box on my shower wall that holds shampoo’s etc, was also installed incorrectly. And these values are on full display by each of his team members. His team was ahead of schedule, quick, efficient and effective. They went above and beyond to ensure that the end result was far beyond all of my expectations. And not to mention, well under budget! Jeff and his team have been the ONE positive, reliable, professional, and skilled business that we have worked with during an atrocious bathroom remodel. In the last 9 months we have had a slew of contractors in and out of our home, each one leaving things worse than when they started. When we were told that our brand new shower needed to be redone a second time, I was very skeptical of Jeff coming in to fix the last tile guy’s work. But he has redeemed our shower and been so kind and helpful. Even when I had a bad day and vented to his team in a very “mental breakdown” way, they remained gracious and have now become the only people I will ever call for tile jobs. Thank you Jeff and Rob. I cannot thank Mr. Kennedy, his very knowledgeable office staff, and his crews enough. He understood what I wanted when I couldn’t articulate what I wanted. Ashley helped me pick out the flooring and tile ( when I already changed my mind twice! ) and the crew…. They are so experienced and they had answers to every question I had. This is a locally owned company and I support that 100%.

I was referred to Jeff by a very good friend with high hopes. Unfortunately the work was very unsatisfying, the daughter returned to the home after I complained to Jeff about the job not being finished. Several places didn't even have grout placed. They left a small amount of grout stating if we needed it(of course we need it you didn't finish). I also had to purchase more tile so they could fix some areas that They messed up, I also had 2 extra boxes of material that was specifically ordered leftover and one box disappeared, no mention of refunding said boxes. Of course they were rushed about receiving payment, when entering office to pay person at desk was on the phone having a heated discussion and dropping the F bomb with every other word.
