I had my carpets cleaned today by Zerorez in Knoxville and my specialist was Cody. He was very polite, professional and explained everything clearly. He even used a black light to show me spots where my son‘s dog had had accidents which I never would’ve noticed otherwise. Because of that, I decided to add the pet treatment and I’m so glad I did. Cody cleaned three rooms, the upstairs hallway and the staircase and in under an hour and everything looks and feels so fresh now! He had me inspect the work before finishing. I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Cody and Zerorez for anyone needing carpet cleaning. Excellent service from start to finish!

I went online and set up an appointment for carpet cleaning. I had heard on the radio you could get two rooms free when you buy two rooms. I set up this deal and scheduled for two days later. They contacted me to confirm the appointment. On the day of the technician called about an hour ahead of time and told me when he would arrive. He showed up exactly on time and I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned. He was able to confirm the two for one deal on the spot! Which was great because I couldn’t really confirm it online. The did offer a chat online service but I hadn’t opted for that. I also asked him to do 2 fabric chairs we had and agreed to the stain barrier in the main traffic areas.
