Do not use them! Areas of the lawn turned into mud. It took them 3 weeks to tell me absolutely nothing besides they came to our yard the day after I messaged about the issue but never told us they were coming or came until we kept messaging. They didn’t meet with us or leave any evidence me that showed up. This turned into a whole problem and we are looking into legal matters to see if they will be liable to come out and repair the lawn. They deleted our account it appears in their system and I just paid for 2 of the treatments they did. We actually did not have an issue with them until we had ISSUES with the lawn that turned into a company made PROBLEM.

Do not use this company. They will send it to collections .They serviced my lawn in once in May 2024 and once June 2024. I suspended services because of the heat wave and drought that affected the Conyers and North Georgia. I received a collection notice in the mail for non payment. I was supposed to receive four treatments and only got two. They never put down the pre-emergent as agreed, and I still have weeds. It's now September. The grass season doesn't stop in this area until early November.

No response from owner! This is the email and text I sent to owner. Terrible. Killed my whole lawn. Technicians do not know what they are doing. No oversight from owner. Danny, Forevergro, Your team came a few weeks ago and did some sort of application to my grass and it has completely killed the entire lawn of newly planted sod. Attached are pictures of my backyard and also attached is the invoice of the sod that we had planted on 3/28/24. Within 3 days of your treatment on May 17th, our 7 week old sod began to die. (All of the new sod, including the front and backyard). It is clear that either the chemicals, concentration thereof, or both killed the new sod. I am extremely disappointed with this company. Last summer, during one of their treatments, they stained our pool tiles. I tried many times to contact them with no success. When I finally reached someone in charge, I was instructed to send an email with pictures of the stained tiles. I sent multiple emails and never received a reply. After many more attempts to call, I finally spoke with someone again who admitted that he had seen my emails but chose not to reply because they felt they weren’t responsible for the damage. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they also left me with a permanently stained pool. I ultimately had to cancel the service because of their lack of accountability and complete disregard for their custom

We had a technician named Sierra and she has been servicing our lawn since we have been using Forevergro. She told us she was moving to a different area. I would like to acknowledge her as a true professional in her profession. She is TOP NOTCH and were ever she goes she will be well received. THANK YOU again!!! I hope our new replacement is as good as she was :-)
