Forger-Kunkel is a very professional and responsive company. My father has been using them for many years! They are always reliable; they do good work; they are our "go to" folks for any heating and plumbing issues we have in the house (and there have been many!) We've been using Forger-Kunkel for years now - ever since we bought our house. They are the best! Always professional. Always take the time to figure out the problem with our plumbing. They do a great job. Also while you have to leave a message on their machine, they're good at getting right back to you, so definitely leave the message rather than trying to call back. Highly recommend!

Forger-Kunkel really helped me out with a hard to access house main water leak. They were easy to communicate with and showed up when they said they would. They were friendly, easy to work with and reasonably priced compared to local plumbers. I would happily work with them again and recommend them to others.

They are very professional, highly skilled and easy to work with. You get the answering machine when you call but they get back to you especially if you say it is an emergency. If you’re doing a remodel they will give some tips on brands and ideas for products. We’ve been using them for years and have never been disappointed.

Maybe their service was better in the past, reviews r good which is why I called them. But I have to agree w “Kery” review. They came for a 15 minute consult, I didn’t end up going w them, not for any reason. Then I received a bill for $227??? When I called to inquire they said ‘yeah we called to schedule and u never returned w an answer.’ So u bill me for work that was never done? He then says ‘fine, it’s $125 consult fee’, which I wasn’t told of before the consult. So I get it, u want something outa me. Roger that. And I’ll pay it bc I’m an honest person. In conclusion, I went with Plumb Hal. EXCELLENT customer service, very nice guy and didn’t give me the run around, his work is top notch and he explained everything he was doing.
