Forget Bugs Pest Control, Inc.

Paid for annual service upfront with receipts to show. They do not show up on time and decided to cancel within few months of service. It’s been 2 months but they can’t seem to give a refund and today Allen the owner cursed at me over the phone after showing frustration why the refund is taking so long. I’ve attempted to coordinate to their business address or any place that is convenient for them but to no avail. I would stay far away from this business and owners as they do not want to perform their services and will curse at you for asking for a refund.

They are very reasonable and dependable. They always get the job done. I hive them a 5 star.

I highly recommend this wonderful company. Owned by a southern gentleman (Allen) who always brings his lovely coworker (Amanda). Working as a great duo with low prices that can't be beat and the service was super detailed in what your personal household needs. Upon hearing I had termites I of course was super nervous thinking how much is this company going to overcharge me per usually being a woman. Not them they sat me down explained everything and worked with me on the price. Finally a company that doesn't take advantage of hard working decent people. You definitely won't be disappointed in choosing this company for your pest control.

They have become the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for many years and was always happy but the last couple of years they are beyond unreliable. Don’t show up when scheduled. Don’t respond to messages. They are also very unprofessional/rude to speak to if you can actually get hold of them. And I even got a really strange late night text from Allen once lol After weeks of no showing after scheduling appointments repeatedly and each person blaming the other I finally just requested a refund. I did not receive a response or a refund. Today I sent a text saying that I have neither received a refund or service and the reply that I got was “Good 👍🏻” That was the icing on the cake lol. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I would 💯 recommend Allen and his business to anyone who needs good pest management services. Not only will they treat and protect your home their pricing is better than most pest companies out there. Also, very informative and friendly.
