I called them today about finding a replacement piece for a cracked cultured marble wall thats in the shower of a house I just purchased. Their website states free in-home consultations upon request but in our telephone conversation it was announced that they're at least 4 months out for any new jobs and that they're currently only manufacturing & working for their large contractor type customers. They are not setting up any free in-home cosutations at this time. Yes, I'm a little frurstrated because I can't get what I need done even if it is 4 months. I just can't understand in this day & age of digital technology, a business can't update / maintain the front doors to their business, their website!
