Failure to pay their bills, will not communicate with vendors that are owed funds. Dawn in A/P and Derrick Tan, Director of Finance do NOT respond to invoices due. Beware to loan money to this company. I will remove this post when I am paid outstanding balance.
Would not provide the operating manual. Extremely poor customer service. All other food equipment companies provide their operating manuals/videos online.
Very fast unloading, very good people, and if early just go to brown door and ring bell will be there someone will let you in.
