Formally Preferred Maintenance, Inc. now Gibson's Heating & Plumbing

I am the Pastor at the Fremont UMC in Fremont, IN. Our heating, air conditioning can be complicated as the building is large and has very high ceilings. We have had a heating and air problem in our two offices for decades. The guys came and did a very thorough inspection. Then they came up with what would work best for the church and those in those offices. They installed individual units in two offices and you would never know they had been in those offices; everything back in place and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly, honest, easy to work with, and wrote things down for us so we could share with our committees what work needed to be done and how to best handle the heating and air in the other rooms of the building! Highly recommend!

I would recommend Preferred Maintenance. They are very professional and experienced. My A/C and furnace hadn't been working well for the last few years, last year it wasn't working at all. I thought I was going to have to buy a new furnace and A/C. Les was able to fix both and I haven't had anymore problems with either! Les was very professional and explained what was wrong, what he was doing and why. I will definitely use this company again!

We had an unexpected issue with an AC coil today. Jeff came over, after a busy scheduled day to check out our issue. Since this was an air conditioning issue, obviously there was no rush, however Jeff assessed the issue and determined it could be repaired today. He went above and beyond to resolve an issue that wasn’t even an urgent need. Preferred Maintenance went the extra mile for us!! Preferred’s priority is their customers! Thank you Jeff
