Menards

I was holding off on writing a review giving it a few more chances. I am tired of what is going on in here, your employees are terrible. They don't know their department and they don't help at all. I was in plumbing today and stood there for over an hour as 3 of your employees walked by me. Then I finally asked for help on my final thing, and your employee didn't even know what to refer me to. It came down to me finally figuring it out on my own. I mean, if all you gotta do is stand around to get a paycheck and not know what apartment you're in, sign me up, please.

Menards is large and contains lots of home and garden products. Unfortunately, there is no rhyme or reason behind the layout of the store. This compounded by the fact that most of the people that work there either don’t know where things are, or they’re not prepared to actually show you where the product is. Today I came in for a snow shovel because mine broke. I asked two people where they were. First one was wrong and the second gave me the very precise “over there.” When I did finally find the right section they were sold out. As I entered the store the moment they opened, they had already sold out when I asked the staff where the shovels were. Go to Home Depot instead.

Worst experience. I don’t recommend purchasing appliances here. I have already contacted Menards multiple ways about the inconveniences I’ve experienced. They did do anything to take it better.

I can find absolutely everything I need here for my home building projects. They're constantly running sales does save me money. They always have comprable products that are more in my price range.

Inspect everything you buy and save every single receipt. Used to like menards but seems like they sell a lot of crap these days. If your planning a major project make sure it's not gonna be discontinued before it's complete
