Forman Mechanical did an outstanding job installing the HVAC system in our new home. Jeff was absolutely fantastic to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and completely dependable. He didn’t need to be babysat for a second, and he consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire project. Even the inspectors commented on the quality of his work. He was also incredibly understanding and flexible with our construction schedule, which made the whole process so much less stressful. It was such a relief to have someone we could trust 100% to do the job right, and Jeff and his crew exceeded every expectation. I can’t recommend Forman Mechanical highly enough. If you want it done right, these are the people to call.

I can't say enough great things about Forman Mechanical! Even though they are practically booked with appointments 24/7 (literally!) I received a return call this morning after our furnace was short-cycling/not heating the house. Not good when we are in the midst of sub-zero weather. The office made no promises but got a text through to one of the guys and they called me back within 30 minutes. Because I am somewhat "repair savvy" and there was nobody available to come to the house, we talked it out for a few minutes over the phone and we fixed the problem together, right there and then! I was so close to running to the supply store for the part I was sure was causing the issue...I could not have been more wrong! They saved me money, time, worry and the disaster of a home without heat

I won't use anyone else except Jeff. His service is quick, he's honest, and his work is top notch. We needed our gas fireplace fixed and were told by another company in Gaylord that we needed a whole new fireplace insert and would require taking all the stone off the front of the fireplace. It would have cost us over a $1000! We called Jeff, he came out and cleaned the fireplace unit and within 45 minutes it was working fine. He saved our day and our pocketbook! We would give him 10 stars if we could.

My furnace went out in the middle of January and upon inspection it was determined that I would need a new furnace. With the temperature outside being only 10 degrees i was very worried about my pipes freezing. The very next morning Jeff was in there to put a new furnace in. Not only was the job done quickly and well the cost of financing a new furnace directly through them was neglagible. Highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! After spending hundreds of dollars earlier this summer to have them come out and fix my AC unit i was told ‘we don’t work for free’ and hung up on! I called them earlier this summer to come out and fix my AC unit upon arrival i was told that i needed a new thermostat because ours wasn’t compatable with the AC. Now mind you we just purchased this maybe two months prior but we got the new one anyway to fix the AC. Now that it’s getting cooler and it’s a rental i want to turn the heat on so i don’t have pipe issues. After several attempts to get the heat working we couldn’t get it.
