Fort Brothers Garage Doors

On Tue, Oct 28 2025, I spoke to Fort Brothers Garage Doors & Home Services regarding the replacement of the weatherstrips on the two Garage doors, for which I had already purchased two weatherstrips on my own, and looking for the installation service. The CSR quickly setup the installation appointment the same morning. Technician stopped by punctually at the scheduled time to replace the Garage Door weatherstrips. Here is my feedback (in no specific order) on the said service experience: 1. I was hoping that he would have ALL the required tools for the said service. However, he had to use a metal cutter to cut the extra weatherstrip, leaving behind an 'unclean' cut edge (on the cut edges on both the weatherstrips).
