Deacon came out on a rainy Saturday morning to fix my clogged drains/pipes. He fixed everything quickly and was kind and helpful and explained the process every step of the way. Deacon and On Point Plumbing have made me a customer for life! I highly recommend them.

We initially called for a suspected underground waste lift issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the underground waste lift tank pump, including excavating and restoring the yard. They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward. After that, we still had a toilet that wouldn’t flush normally and the bowl would drain extremely slowly (10–20 minutes). Once the lift tank was fixed the plumber used a remote camera on the toilet drain and traced the problem to root intrusion in the 3" PVC drain line, cleared the clog, and replaced the entire affected junction—then verified the repair was watertight before wrapping up.
