We are very satisfied with our garage doors. Joe walked us thru all options that would be good for our application. His knowledge of all options we needed helped us get what we needed for our doors. Turn around on the doors was very quick even around the holidays. Once the doors came in they got us on the schedule and then the installation. Josh and Hayden were our installers. Very professional and even our 1950s garage was no match for them. Our doors look great and they make our garage more functional. It isn't too often you need a garage door repair, but if you do, Fort Wayne Door is who you need to call. They are a local business doing things right. Our garage door spring broke the other morning and I wasn't sure who to call. I asked family who has lived in Fort Wayne for a long time and they recommended Fort Wayne Door. I called them and they had it fixed the same day. Hayden and Josh came out and were great and very professional. They even cleaned and lubed our garage door for us after replacing the springs. When I called, Marie answered the phone and she was excellent also. Very impressed with Fort Wayne Door. I found a frayed cable on our garage door. Called and was able to make an appointment the next day. Hayden and Josh called to give of advanced notice of when they would arrive. They both introduced themselves and then looked over the door. Turned out the door rollers were worn as well as the cables. They quickly took care of the replacements, serviced both the door they repaired as well as my other door. Great job. Both were very professional and left me feeling I’d made the right choice for the repair. Highly recommended if you need door service.
