Great place to find hard to find items. Found a cedar gable vent for a project that left me fumbling around for a replacement. Found it last minute in stock and they waited a few minutes after hours for me to arrive. Customer service like that is very hard to come by today. Thank you Fort Worth Sah and Door! The staff was very nice. They had what we needed and we were in and out I about 30 minutes.

My sales person is Jorge. And he does an excellent job! Communicate regularly by text and phone and e-mail proposals are always accurate. Fort Worth sash indoor is a great company to do business with to get the job done and get it done in a timely manner. Deliveries are always on time.

so far they were rude when we called in to check on a job for a big account we are working on for the city,They would not even take the time to look up the account to tell us where they stand on getting the door ready. will update if things change

Either these people are racist or I just have bad luck , this is my second time coming to get a regular bathroom sized door and it’s supposed to take 4-5 days instead both times I waited a week just for them to tell me they don’t have it ready and they didn’t file the paperwork to even start making it. Will never go here again
