We recently had our basement finished and are extremely pleased with the results. The quality of workmanship was exceptional, with impressive attention to detail. The construction team was friendly, professional, and highly attentive throughout the process. Communication, especially between the general contractor and subcontractors, could have been improved but did not delay the project. The work began and was completed before the holidays as planned, for which we are truly grateful. We highly recommend Forte Construction and Design for anyone considering a basement finishing project. Their craftsmanship and skill are outstanding.

The construction team was PHENOMENAL. They were kind, courteous, and cleaned up every single day. That said, there were a few tiny bumps along the way in terms of communication. At times, there was either a delay in updates or a lack of clarity, which we suspect may be due to the company’s rapid growth — a testament to the high demand for their excellent work. We had a fantastic experience with Forte Construction on our full basement buildout for an in-law suite. From start to finish, the entire team was a pleasure to work with.
