I recently hired Fortress Foundation for some structural work on my home, and I am satisfied with the results. The crew, led by Victor, was professional and the project was completed as discussed. The standout part of the experience was the customer service, specifically from Mat. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Even after the job was officially finished, Mat came back out the following day to walk us through the work, answer my follow-up questions, and ensure I was comfortable with everything. He even helped address a few unrelated issues, which I really appreciated.
