Fortress did a wonderful job encapsulating our crawlspace! Caleb, Warren and the team were all very pleasant to deal with and professional. They completed our project in one day. Warren even took the time to speak to us over the phone to go over the equipment when we got home from work so we didn’t have to miss anytime away from work. They did a wonderful job with our unique crawlspace that has a lot of rock under it and still made it look great! We highly recommend them if you need a basement encapsulation.

Not only do they stay in constant communication with you, every step of the way, but they give you full disclosure of the entire crawl space encapsulation process, and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Fortress for any type of foundation repair. We were definitely not anticipating a need for a repair so soon after our build, but they made an unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with than we had expected. Nathan, and his crew Dakota, Anthony and Jamal, came out and did a stellar job! Previous owners to the house had covered the interior entrance to the crawlspace, and since the house as built prior to codes in the 1970s, a lot of their job ended up being “let’s open it up and see!” They were so flexible and able to adapt to what we thought the project would be to make it truly sealed off and enclosed.
