Jeremy Smith did an awesome job inspecting our new home. He is very thorough and professional. His report was clear, concise and complete. We will definitely use Jeremy for all our future home inspection needs.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt this is worthy! We are looking to buy a home after living 34 years in ours! We contacted Jeremy who was quick to respond back to us and scheduled an appointment. He did this in an ample amount of time to inspect a home we're interested in buying. Upon arrival at this home he was professional to greet us and letting us know what he will be looking for and if we have questions, please ask! During the inspection I was tagging along ( I'm sure it was annoying to him, but he was nothing but kind) a few times to ask specific questions. Jeremy took time to be polite and answer! After his thorough walk thru and testing he met with us and the realtor. Jeremy never rushed through the findings, explained in depth and took his time to listen and answer our concerns!

Jeremy was able to squeeze in our inspection in a short notice and was awesome. Incredibly thorough in the inspection while also being personable. Was also able to get the report back promptly which is always appreciated. We will absolutely be recommending them to friends/family.

Jeremy arrived at the property ready to get to work. He was polite and pleasant to interact with. He spent a lot of time thoroughly testing all of the electrics and mechanicals, and observing and recording the condition of the various elements of the home. He provided his comprehensive report in a timely manner. He uses a website format that makes it easy to create a list of items the buyer wants addressed, and it automatically provides a cost total of thise items, that can then easily be electronically submitted to your agent.
