I rarely write reviews at all, but after too many bad experiences with disingenuous contractors, this one felt necessary. I’m a DIY-inclined homeowner and initially considered replacing the 20-year-old coping and tile on my inground concrete pool myself. After seeing the finished work Fortunato’s team did on my neighbor’s pool, it was clear this wasn’t a job to cut corners on. I’ll admit there was some initial sticker shock when I saw the estimate, but after shopping around and seeing their work firsthand, the pricing made sense. Their work is clean, precise, and done with real pride. These guys are true craftsmen who care about the final result, not just getting paid and moving on.
